Sumner Climate Controlled Self Storage

North Charleston, South Carolina

This project consists of a new three-floor climate-controlled self-storage building in Sumner, South Carolina. Currently, the project is undergoing exterior concept development. The schemes utilize the common building materials of split face CMU and metal wall panels with pops of color to act as additional marketing for the building within a suburban context.
