Webster University has chosen to relocate to a formerly vacant two-story office building, of approximately 29,000 square feet in northeast Columbia. Extensive interior renovations were required in order to convert the space into classroom, computer lab, and support space for faculty and staff. Major infrastructure upgrades were also required to the mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the new use. All design, documentation, and construction was completed within 4 months for an August 2013 opening.
