South Carolina Bank and Trust

Lady's Island, South Carolina

The project is located in a very strict design corridor, and this project was one of the first to go through the revised design review process. The project includes 9,000 square feet of space for the main branch functions. On a very tight site, with strict parking requirements, landscaping requirements, and lighting requirements, the project was able to be designed to fit within all the restrictions of both the client and the town. The exterior features a low-country aesthetic with shutters, standing seam metal roof, and an intricately detailed pedestrian trellis. Interior spaces use traditional detailing with high-end wood work, while offering a functional and safe client experience.

SCBT became South State Bank in June 2014.
