South Carolina Bank and Trust

Columbia, South Carolina

The newest ground-up construction for the bank, this branch was the first of the new two-story prototypes to be constructed. Consisting of 8,800 square feet, this design features many of the details that were incorporated into the Irmo location, but on the scale of a multi-story building. The first floor features a traditional bank branch layout. The second floor provides a more typical office environment for facilities, mortgage, and other corporate functions.

SCBT became South State Bank in June 2014.
