Brookland Baptist Empowerment Center

Brookland Baptist, a large community based church, has partnered with the local community in purchasing and revitalizing an abandoned elementary school. Working within the parameters of a group of grants, basic site planning, schematic layout and elevations were prepared for the inclusion in a publicly advertised Design-Build proposal for full design and construction.
