International Waterfront Mixed-Use Development

Port of Spain, Trinidad

In an effort to begin the revitalization of the waterfront in Trinidad, the International Waterfront Project was the catalyst for future development in the mostly industrial part of the country. This $220 million mixed-use development included a 428-key hotel, conference center and parking garage, twin 28-story office towers (900,000 square feet) and extensive site work and pedestrian elements.
